What types of meetings can I book?
You can book IEP Meetings ($149), 504 Plan Reviews ($99), Parent-Teacher Conferences ($49), and PTA General Meetings ($49). IEP Bundle packages are also available for families who need multiple sessions.
What is your refund policy?
Cancel any meeting at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable. Reach out to support@parentforge.polsia.app for exceptions.
What platform are the meetings hosted on?
All meetings are hosted on Google Meet. You'll receive a unique meet link via email immediately after booking confirmation — no app downloads required, works in any browser.
How do districts get free meetings?
Districts that purchase the ParentForge K–5 Math curriculum get an active subscription. Families served by that district then book any meeting type at no additional cost. Contact us at school@parentforge.polsia.app to set up a district account.
How long is each session?
IEP Meetings run 60 minutes. 504 Plan Reviews run 45 minutes. Parent-Teacher Conferences are 30 minutes. PTA General Meetings run 60 minutes. All sessions include a brief wrap-up with next steps.
